Commercial roles and agreements

The website describes vehicle sourcing, principal purchase and resale, separately agreed consignment, logistics coordination and customs coordination for the automotive trade. Private retail vehicle sales are not offered in Canada or the United States.

For principal trades we purchase in our own name, take ownership and resell as the seller. The relevant contracting entity, seller, responsible importer and permitted activities are specified in the agreement and commercial documents. A website description does not replace those documents or determine the legal treatment of an individual transaction.

Customs declarations are carried out by appointed appropriately licensed customs brokers. Vehicle admissibility, registration, origin, duties, taxes and delivery terms require review for the specific vehicle and destination.

Vehicle finder and enquiries

The finder helps you prepare a non-binding statement of requirements. Model suggestions are reference data, not available stock or an import approval. Completing the finder does not submit an enquiry, make a purchase, reserve a vehicle or conclude a contract.

You can download the brief or open a prepared email draft. You review and send the email yourself through your chosen email application. A subsequent offer or transaction requires its own review and agreement.

Information and external sources

Import notes provide general information and link to official sources. Requirements can change; check current official guidance before purchasing or shipping a vehicle. The authority or other provider is responsible for its own external website.
