Visiting the website
This website is delivered using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting infrastructure. Delivering and securing a page involves connection data, which can include an IP address, time of access, requested URL, browser information and response status. Hosting providers may process connection data and access logs for delivery, security and operation of their services.
Fonts, images and the vehicle suggestion catalogue are served with this website. Our website code adds no analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Hosting providers may operate their own security or service technologies under their policies.
Preparing a vehicle brief
The finder processes the fields you enter in the current browser page: vehicle requirements, company and registration details, name, email address, optional telephone number, destination and any notes. These entries are not automatically submitted to a website server, CRM or email service.
The website does not save finder entries in cookies, local storage or a server-side enquiry database. Entries remain in the current page memory while you work. If you download a brief, the file is saved to the device you select and is under your control. Please avoid including identity documents, payment information or other sensitive material in a general vehicle brief.
Opening an email draft and contacting us
If you choose the email option, the prepared text is passed to your selected email application using an email link. Your application or email provider may save or synchronise the draft before you send it. You review the content and send it yourself. Our website does not automatically send the enquiry.
When you email us or contact us directly, we receive the message, the contact details you provide and the information needed to respond. Email transmission and storage also involve your and our email service providers. You can contact info@usct.group without using the finder.
Purpose, sharing and retention
We use received enquiries to respond, clarify requirements, assess buyer eligibility and prepare a possible trade, sourcing arrangement or related logistics service. If a transaction proceeds, relevant information is used for its documentation, performance and applicable legal requirements.
Relevant details may be shared with appointed logistics providers and licensed customs brokers where needed for the specific transaction. Hosting and email service providers process information in delivering their services. Information may also need to be disclosed where legally required. We do not use finder entries for automated advertising profiling.
Information is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or transaction and meet applicable legal requirements. The appropriate period depends on the type of record and the context; a downloaded copy or a draft in your email account is controlled by you and your provider.

Hosting, email and transaction service providers may process information outside Canada. Processing locations and applicable rules can therefore depend on the provider and the route of a transaction.
Official-source links open websites operated by the relevant authority or provider. Their own privacy practices apply when you visit them. Opening a link or using your chosen email application is separate from completing the local finder.
