SOURCING · TRADE · THE JOURNEY

From a precise brief to a documented trade.

A vehicle is only one part of an international transaction. We connect the specification, commercial documents, transport route and customs coordination around the actual trade.

01 / VEHICLE SOURCING & WHOLESALE

Start with the vehicle you need.

Specify make, model, generation, model year, mileage, budget, interior, exterior and equipment. We use those requirements to assess sourcing opportunities in North America and Europe for eligible automotive trade buyers.

In principal purchase and resale transactions, we buy in our own name, take ownership and resell as the seller. The sourcing brief is an initial statement of requirements; it is not a purchase order, an inventory offer or a vehicle reservation.

02 / TRADE CONSIGNMENT

A separate route to a sale.

Consignment is considered separately for commercial vehicle owners seeking a sale through the trade. The relevant contracting entity, seller, ownership position, remuneration and authority to sell are set out in a dedicated agreement.

A consignment arrangement is distinct from our principal purchase and resale business. Its structure and permitted scope must fit the responsible entity's registration. It does not create a private retail offer or an Ontario domestic vehicle sales service.

03 / CROSS-BORDER LOGISTICS

Plan the complete journey.

Air freight, ocean freight, road transport and handover planning are coordinated for the particular vehicle and route. Suitability, handling requirements and acceptance by the appointed transport provider are assessed for each movement. Collection and delivery points, documents, timing, insurance and delivery terms are agreed for each transaction.

Trade between Canada and the United States can run in either direction. European sourcing and exports to Europe require their own destination-country assessment. A viable shipping route does not establish a vehicle's import eligibility.

04 / CUSTOMS COORDINATION

Clear roles at the border.

We organise the customs process and coordinate vehicle, ownership, commercial and shipping documents. Customs declarations are carried out by appointed appropriately licensed customs brokers.

The responsible importer, contracting parties and scope of services are identified in the transaction documents. Vehicle admissibility, origin, duties and taxes require review for the actual vehicle and route; no blanket clearance or tax outcome is promised.

THE REGISTRATION DEFINES THE SCOPE

Two documented roles.

Ontario: USCT AUTO XCHANGE INC. is registered with OMVIC as an Exporter, registration 5822655. It purchases for export outside Ontario, taking ownership before export; it does not offer vehicle sales within Ontario.

Wisconsin: USCT AUTO XCHANGE LLC holds wholesale dealer number WHL 3120. Wisconsin wholesale vehicle sales are restricted to appropriately licensed dealers. No private retail sales are offered in Canada or the United States.

A CLEAR WORKING PROCESS

Three stages. Defined requirements.

  1. Define the requirement.

Record the vehicle specification, eligible business buyer, destination and commercial priorities. English or German communication is available.

  2. Assess the specific trade.

Review the actual vehicle, documents, admissibility and permitted trading scope. Identify the contracting entity and agree the purchase and resale terms.

  3. Coordinate transport and handover.

Confirm the responsible importer, broker arrangements, shipping documents and agreed delivery conditions before proceeding.
