Customs coordination. Clear roles at the border.
Vehicle trade, transport and customs declarations involve different responsibilities. We coordinate the vehicle and commercial documents for cross-border movements; appointed appropriately licensed customs brokers perform the actual customs declarations.
Know who is responsible.
The transaction documents identify the contracting entity, seller, responsible importer and agreed service scope. Our principal purchase and resale role is distinct from the broker's customs representation. Logistics coordination does not by itself determine who acts as importer.
The relevant trading registration and buyer eligibility are reviewed for the transaction. No private retail sales are offered in Canada or the United States, and the Ontario entity does not offer vehicle sales within Ontario.
Build a consistent vehicle record.
Preparation starts with the VIN, ownership or title documents, commercial invoice and the agreed transport information. Original vehicle certification, the month and year of manufacture, and available origin documentation may be relevant to the destination review. We coordinate the required information with the parties and appointed broker rather than treating the shipping booking as clearance.
Admissibility and customs treatment are separate.
A brand name or country of purchase does not establish whether a vehicle may be imported. Destination requirements must be checked against the actual vehicle before proceeding. Origin, classification, customs value, duties and taxes also require a transaction-specific assessment.
We do not promise blanket clearance, duty-free treatment or a particular tax result. The appointed broker performs declarations within its authorised scope; the importer retains the responsibilities applicable to that role.
Discuss the vehicle before the border.
Share your specification and intended route in English or German. We can clarify the document requirements, responsible parties and coordination needed for the proposed trade.
